It's not really something I focus on any more, but I'd say it's probably randomly once every few weeks now, mainly I think because I still reality test when dream signs occur in real life, more specifically, when technological things don't work as expected which happens to me commonly both in dreams and real life.

Never tried astral projection, but did have an out of body experience once - I think that was more of a false awakening and lucid dream tied together, but I climbed out of my body and looked at my sleeping self before snapping awake. Was kind of an odd experience!

Couple of questions mate:

1) How often do you lucid dream? Do you do it every night or just on average once a week, or is it something that just happens to you randomly ?

2) Have you tried Projection (also called Astral Projection?)

Nice one

I can't remember how many times I have tried this, but I can actually only remember some of one of these dreams: I was standing in a pool, facing a vampire (with a cape I think) and for some reason, I felt like it was time to wake up, not because of scariness, but because it simply was time. So I said goodbye to the vampire, and told him I hat to wake, and so I sank down into the water and quietly woke up. I didn't know that you could actually train lucid dreaming, but now that I do know, I am sure to put a lot of effort into reaching this limitness state of mind. Oh by the way, the reason I started googling lucid dreaming, was cus Steve said it in American Dad :P

I have trouble staying asleep when I know I am dreaming. Perhaps I get to excited and think to much about how long the dream will last. I can easily wake myself up by clenching my muscles and closing my eyes while willing myself to wake up. I use this method when something bad happens. You are right about feeling. things hurt! A lot!

I have just been to one of the free introductory sessions of Landmark. I found it quite interesting and my curiosity is piqued re. the life changing transformative lessons Landmark promises to deliver.

I experienced the same hard-sell to "spread the word" and to register for Landmark. I am choosing to ignore the pushy selling techniques and to give this a go for what it's worth, just to give myself an opportunity of being able to see what I have not been able to see in my life before. Ultimately I think that nobody can push you to do anything unless you allow yourself to be pushed...

One other thought I had was that if this is a positive kind of brainwashing/re-programming of your self that allows you to move forward in life, without harming anybody else, then I am all for it.

Regards R Iyer
